The problem with LinkedIn is the business people (who talk in the most unhinged ways in order to appeal to businesses), but people still begrudgingly use it because of the business people (who can potentially offer jobs), so it's not a platform issue, it's the user base. The fediverse is just not professional (not that it is ever intended or should be so) for a LinkedIn to exist...
