*RA WCom: Update from the High Court on TDC case*
Dear Community,
The judgement in the ATDC case has been pronounced by the Chief Justice in the Madras High Court this morning.
The Standing Order of the Governing Board (GB) constituting the ATDC in July 2022 has been quashed, which means that the existing ATDC recognized by the GB is no longer a valid committee. A new ATDC will have to be formed according to the written court order issued by the Chief Justice.
We are waiting for the publication of the High Court directive in order to know the exact process for the ATDC nomination and appointment, and to evaluate next steps. This may take a few days. We will keep the community updated as soon as we have more details.
