Is this reaching out to nsec.app as the only option, and using the NIP-05 to tell nsec.app which account to sign for? I haven't ever set up nsec.app for this npub, which could be the reason it's not working for me.
If it is NIP-46, then users should be able to connect with any NIP-46 signer, not just nsec.app.
