I can see that. the missile is still visible in several frames. what was the original frame rate? if you know that, you can estimate the true speed.
some time last year, there was video of an underground weapons depot getting hit. looked like an underground parking garage for a defunct shopping mall. there's video of a Uke MLRS firing some shots, and then driving back to this garage... and then, I think it was a Kinzhal strike. frame-by-frame, it was visible for 2 frames. next frame a geyser of dirt comes up from the entry point, followed by an enormous fireball.
guessing a frame rate of 30/second, and guessing the height of the vertical building attached to the mall, I estimated the missile was going Mach 5. Could be off by 50% or more, if any of those guesses is wrong.
