Depends on how far down the rabbit hole you want to go with that one. I'm a technical person and don't like relying on third parties, so I would say host your own. But I think in the US, your best option is probably Zeus.
Lots of lightning providers have stepped away from the U.S. recently and I forget who is still available in the U.S.
