So my gambit is paying off. More before, during and after:



















And one last pic of a piece that has some bad robot welds but they stopped it before it ruined one while side:



You can see the difference where I welded on clean material vs having to go over cleaned up bad welds. I'm honestly not sure anyone else in the company could do this as effectively if at all.
