I already received on 3rd of February a not so amazing message of a friend & I immediately had to think about this. My overall mood is tensed.⚡️ and I am trying to give myself rest. And the rest is really appreciated by my body and mind. 🩵

You could feel highly emotional, exhausted, or triggered. But these days hold great insights within. Maybe things come up that want to be finally released. And it's worth it.🙌🏼
