Been recipe testing today. Make a small 5 inch vegan humming bird cake that I can make for weddings and birthday cakes as I have a couple to make in the next few months and really want to make sure the cakes taste nice and hold up. This was a success. The taste was there and the icing held firm the ganache is a water ganache drip. #vegan #veganbaking #cake
