Fucking hell.
I'm not normally one to complain but I've just had a lovely letter from Cheltenham Borough Council saying they're sorry for my loss and warning me that floral tributes and other things will be removed unless it's on their approved list - stuff I can only buy from them, with a price list and catalog.
Someone actually thought that letter would be appropriate?
(For reference, we have no tributes and Dad's remains aren't going anywhere near the Crem)
I am going nuclear this time.
