i actually still have something really weird going on with attention around audio processing (in particular, i can't both read and recognize speech at the same time) and i want that changed too, though it's both less acute and seemingly more difficult to do; i think it's probably related to my historical overreliance on hyperfocus and lack of skill in splitting attention across tasks evenly
