Facebook, it forced me to register with a phone number rather than email. After I created an account it suggested that I follow that person who I met once and messaged on Whatsapp once 2 years ago. This was on a new device and I was sure to decline all options and cookies.
So somewhere in HQ is a database with your phone number along with everyone you've messaged waiting for when you create a Facebook account...
