Truth is it would not be a problem at all in my country.
Actually it would be completely understandable and acceptable.
23 to 14 isn't a huge gap and many fathers over here would rather have a man this age dating their daughter than a teenager who could not afford even the birth procedure if the girl gets pregnant.
