Grubhub really should have added the feature to the drivers app that lets you fix a problem before their automated telephone tree says to use that feature. They also should not include it in the script for driver support until that feature exists.
I can't override mistakes when the app mistakenly concludes that I'm in the wrong place or doesn't know where a restaurant is. They should know that and stop directing me to an app.
