From an objective outsider and new (returning) user, the high density of builders on here is the biggest strength. Also, the "small town" vibe.
The biggest drawback is it kinda seems like an online bitcoin meetup. That's cool if you're super into BTC, but that doesn't have mass appeal, yet.
I feel the same. I think we've all finally realized Nostr sucks and no one is coming, really.
We built all this giant piece of something that turns out no one really understands or cares, not even most Nostr developers.
