Getting an email with my dad today triggered some anger and frustration, mostly I think because he's not respecting my desire to disengage and it feels like he's forcing himself in.
He's starting a trip he planned to do the Camino de Santiago and the way he worded the email to let me know he was leaving today (which I knew) just rubbed me the wrong way.
It has me in a mood today. Something to unpack in therapy next week.
