I know of multiple entities who are storing / attempt to store every note in existence. Anyone can do this with little bit of capital.
Reminder that Nostr is basically a surveillance tool that you opt into.
There is a plethora of data / metadata that anyone can query, collect, and mine from multiple independent sources.
