I have notes I read prior to running my class on managing imposter syndrome, and I chuckle every time at the one reminding me no one is bored if I explain things in more detail.
I realized years ago that when I did a presentation more than once, *I* got bored if I said things I'd heard before. Then I'd rush through those parts and lose people.
I don't know there's a generalizable tip in there, but maybe it's to write kind and helpful notes to your future self.
