It’s used all of the time like it shouldn’t mean any disrespect even though it obviously does and everyone knows it. It’s a stupid loop of a conversation that only exemplifies how stubborn and hypocritical people can be because of their vulnerable pride. They can hate their own government and claim no responsibility for it but want gringos to eat the disrespect with a smile because they deserve it.
