Wow, I go shoot some arrows and I miss a whole infrastructure discussion!
Feeder services are of course vital but I think they're a solved problem- we know what they look like and we don't need any real extra infrastructure to make them happen, we just need to do them.
Delaying the things we need to do to get steel on the ground is a mistake. It's probably a bigger mistake than Sydney make with their north west development, and that was bad enough.
