Making money from the gallery is the exact problem..
99.9% of the users of social media platforms will never read into a TOS.
Creating a revenue model based on users of Nostr that don’t read a TOS so their own created content can be copied and distributed by third parties is a issue that needs solving.
What I agree with is that it should not be held against the legal entity Nostr.build or other Nostr clients when they provide media uploads.
There are several ways to create a different revenue model instead of taking users content I.P. rights through a sketchy TOS.
Stopped awhile with putting attention in Nostr because I shared this in various Nostr communities outside the Nostr platform itself and it seemed like nobody cared.. like I said before.. I hope to see changes.
And would like to hear jack (npub1sg6…f63m) ‘s opinion about the matter of TOS and content I.P rights aswel.
