But it's not just oh you're dumber, it changes the way your brain works. Multi-tasking is more difficult, memory is a problem, attention span, partly because of that is a lot less.
People stop in the middle of the road now too. Like to make a phone call, it decide if they're talking an exit or something, I don't know. It's not just me seeing it.
