This is how it works now:
Pajeet recruiting companies that specialize in H1Bs now have software that:
- has a db of pajeets.
-scrapes job boards to instantly know when a new job is posted
-doctors OR fabricates from whole cloth a resume that exactly matches the job description for each pajeet in the db [with some variance]
-floods the job posting with dozens or a few hundred resumes within 1 min.
So anyone not in this sort of system will be lost in the noise.
