In the sense of exceptionally intellectual, no.

But they are often exceptionally funny (at least the ones that get reposted here and I see them). And funny is in fact a better measure of intelligence than intellectualism because it can't be faked.

Likewise, good imageboard posts were never intellectual, they were insightful.
