Two years ago today, on a whim during Thanksgiving vacation, I joined Mastodon. It has been one of the better experiences of my middle-aged life. With few friends still around locally, it was nice to make conversation with like-minded people and share our silly pet pics. In a crazy turn of events over the summer, 3 of us Masto friends met up in central Missouri and had a load of laughs. It's been great!
