it’s Chinese balloons, and the Chinese media and gov claimed it’s belong to some civilian corporates. However, I don’t buy that. Cuz we canNOT even fly our drones here without the authority permission. How could a civilian balloon fly overseas without government noticed? If it was the “accident” situation, the corporate should announced that their balloon was out of control, and delivered that to the gov. And trying to avoid conflict between countries. So as a Chinese, I believe it’s a spy balloon.
