I can agree with that 100%.
Now if you can agree that the whole counsel of God ...is either expressly set down in Scripture, or by good and necessary consequence may be deduced from Scripture means that doctrines, or more specifically, the doctrine of the Holy Trinity, is both knowable and comprehensible, when limited, not by God's incomprehensibility, but by the propositional/ axiomatic pneuma-evident (not self evident) truths of revelation, in the sense of both of the definitions you provided, then this discussion can come to a close.
