Well, I also don’t answer ~90% of incoming calls on my cell phone because I don’t recognize the number. If I gave someone my phone number, then I take his number in return. Unfamiliar numbers are usually morons trying to sell me ears from an old donkey, sell me a loan, a free demonstration of a vacuum cleaner, wondering if I heard the Word, my daughters/sons/relatives (underline as appropriate) who ended up in the police.
