I know Putin and Bibi are simply evil. For Trump, it looks like he's genuinely retarded. If you listen to his speech, 2x or 3x repeated short statements with no argumentation... sounds like having an IQ of 70. So, he is clearly being manipulated. Dunno if I'd cry or laugh though.
