If they count those children in, while the kids are holding loaded weapons shooting at soldiers or throwing grenades, then I'm sorry but in that situation they are an enemy to anyone they point a weapon at. Hamas are well known for throwing their own children as suicidal bombers and even taping bombs to their babies.
In any other situation it would be unjust and I can only hope the soldiers are held accountable as they should.
