A few things you can do besides freaking out about the current political situation in the U.S.:
1. Volunteer to help with a political campaign;
2. Donate to a political campaign;
3. Identify one person close to you who may be inclined to vote incorrectly and spend the next several months convincing them to do otherwise. 😁
The next several months are going to be stressful, but doing productive things is going to help you (and the country) more than letting the stress overwhelm you.
