Being alone and isolated is great but most people ngmi because they are stuck in the system with their problems.
In addition, many cannot spend time alone with themselves because the negative thoughts of their problems catch up with them or bad things they have done. Many people think that they can run away from their responsibilities and thoughts-but at some point they will be caught up. If you can stand being alone in solitude long enough, you will automatically have to go through shadow work and eventually heal.
