Network Manager on Ubuntu LTS no longer scans for wifi now that I have docker installed.
Starlink stopped working last night, and I want to connect to the internet by hotspotting with my phone, but Network Manager only connects to the Docker Bridge and doesn't offer a way for me to scan for the hotspot.
