Rptl = rptl.io / Raspberry Pi the company that makes the Raspberry Pi computer but also the RP2350 microcontroller
USB differential pins = pins on the RP2350 that you connect USB D+ and D- wires to
SMPS = Switch Mode Power Supply which the Raspberry Pi has an internal buck converter that turns 3.3V into 1.1V by rapidly switching current on and off. The RP2350 needs some external components like an inductor and capacitors transistors to make that happen and those are connected to pins right next to above USB pins. The switching can in theory cause interference with USB data via EMF but I haven't observed this.
Errata E9 = documentation of a bug in the hardware https://hackaday.com/2024/09/20/raspberry-pi-rp2350-e9-erratum-redefined-as-input-mode-leakage-current/ Technically they should issue a new version ("stepping" in hardware circles) but it's not clear yet they will as this is a lot of effort and there are workarounds.
