It's hayfever season and I'm trying something new. I got my air purifier out and put it next to my desk with a fresh filter. It''s turned right up and I have refrained from drugs 👀 to test this intervention. I usually resort to nasal spray, eye drops and antihistamine tablets for a month. Anyone else get this in Spring? How do you deal with it? #Hayfever
