I work at npub100xj55ul8uwar2wmemjcfezs8hjfex0knz0hl3g9ls2mwtg2253qgv3gv5 (npub100x…3gv5) which makes boards in Germany 3 boards @ 50x50mm 4 Layer are 25€ including shipping which I find reasonable for locally made boards.
But we lack an affordable assembly option.
While I agree that many legacy vendors are way too expensive I think people should be more open to spend 5-10 bucks more to support local businesses we've lost the majority of PCB houses in Europe already :(
