Yeah I haven’t read about how it’d be structured or if there is a proposition. He was comparing it to the IAEA I think. Bill Gates pushed back a bit on that saying that commercial nuclear is happy to be regulated that way, but military nuclear has no interest in letting foreigners see behind the curtain.
