These SDNY Prosecutors need to lose their jobs.
The DOJ is allowing rogue choices to be made that have broken the Judge's courtroom rules of Brady.
The regulatory agency FINCEN is on record stating that Samourai did not need a license to operate.
Six months later the charges were brought in direct contradiction of FINCEN.
They misled the Judge, the defense and are flying solo on their own subjective interpretations of the law.
This case must be dismissed and the prosecutors need to be brought under oath to find out who is ordering this and why they are taking a month to determine if the DOJ Blanche memo applies.
This is state level abuse. No crime has been committed by Samourai. Yet these rogue prosecutors wish to ruin the developers lives.

It is my firm belief that this stems from the Covid to Ukraine mass psychosis wag the dog. We have to appreciate that during that moment the democratic party was ( and largely still is ) completely brainwashed into forced vaccination that failed and the population was flipped from the script of Covid to massive anti Russian propaganda.
The Samourai twitter account made jokes about Russians using Whirlpool to obscure their funds.
I genuinely believe that this was ordered on high from deep state anti Russian war mongers. The State was obsessed with stealing funds and sanctioning russian accounts.
This is not a technical issue, this is a freedom of speech issue.
