Just imagine everyone who is testing different wallets, in the end of they liquidate that wallet for something preferred, that last sat is basically forever lost to the network which means you have literally burned that sat, making every other day Worth more in the long term.
That is unless it's the wallet is custodial with someone else, in which case they can close out the wallet and take ownership of all those last SATs
