Let's hope not!
The top countries (by birth) for immigrants (as of 2021) to the UK are India, Poland and Pakistan. Looks like the populations of India and Pakistan are booming ... although Poland has levelled out.
I don't think a flatlined population in itself with a world of limited space and resources should be an issue in itself with sensible economics.
