This is one of my favorite sunrises at Portland Head Light. I had originally chosen a location at Spring Point, about 10 minutes away, but when I saw the clouds setting up, I raced over to Portland Head to get to this spot. It paid off, with the sun rising just off the tip of the point and the clouds glowing red.
