Well, that was an exhausting day! (week)
Now for the pre-Thanksgiving prep and cooking. First up, cubeing bread and drying in the oven for stuffing.
Because of my housekeeping job, I’m so wiped out, I don’t have energy to cook much. Fortunately, thanks to Costco, we were able to get really good premade mashed potatoes and sweet potatoes, so I don’t have to do that. I also got a ginormous Costco pumpkin pie. Unfortunately they were out of cornbread, so we’ll make that, but that’s pretty easy.
