I had the feeling my social media usage was getting unhealthy but this recent news event (Hamas vs Israel) has really put me over the edge for unhealthy social media usage.
I've been trying to make my presence here a positive one but it just feels like a bit icky lately, I'm being caught up in a divide & conquer game and getting sucked into flame wars I have no business being in.
I'm probably going to cut way back on socials soon, but I want to focus on sending a lot of good vibes first
