I’ve read this multiple times; so spot on. Very few realize we all live double lives- our real life and our digital life (maybe multiple). I’m going through detoxing my digital life big time right now as I think it is just as important to spring cleaning our homes. I really do think our digital lives take a toll on humanity and especially raising little now I am very cautious about which life I invest my time.
