That No Context Britain account posted a picture of a horrible implementation of #DublinCoddle so I thought I could do better.
Fried some cut up leftover sausage, boiled some old potatoes, carrots, onion and whole garlic cloves in water with a chicken stock cube. Combined sausage, skillet deglaze and the boiled stuff and added some pepper.
Not perfect, misses the bacon, but definitely serviceable 🙂 #cooking
