Yesterday I said goodbye to Jira/Confluence/Atlassian.
Since 2016 I’m was an advocate and bring +500 people to use their solution. Their special sauce was to have a self hosted solution at very low price for small teams. When the project or teams grows then it was naturally going to the expensive paid version. But was still ok.
The problem now is that there is no more self-hosted option and the free solution is deleted after a while without being used.
