Shouldn't be an unclean barrel or extractor issue as the guns only been used twice since I've bought it.
I truthfully dunno what the cause is, my brother fired the same exact kind of slugs out of it with no issue so it's probably just a fluke.
I have read that if this issue does occur one thing I can try to prevent it is to polish the chamber.
