This is clearly a narrow and campanilistic point of view. You cannot even grasp the whole picture. Bad US/Western foreign policy is not limited to invasions and kinetic warfare. Economic/Monetary policies to keep other countries dependent and submissive through capturing their elites, cultural/mediatic imperialism, cognitive warfare and so on.
It's maybe not the individual fault of common laymen/subject of the Empire, it's the whole system that is rigged and rotten.
