Let's put being bio-weapons aside for a moment. Immigration from a capital standpoint is a ponzi scheme.
We need migrants to do the jobs Americans won't do, but then they have kids, and the government sends them to college.
Why do they need to go to college? What about taco-bending or fruit picking needs college?
So you get an extra generation who won't do home construction thay doesn't meet code and we have to import a new batch.
