NASA's Lunar Gateway will have modules that serve different purposes. One of these will be the logistics module, containing all the supplies astronauts need to live and work near the Moon. NASA wanted help to design the interior of the module, so they set up a challenge open to anyone on Earth to provide a solution. The winning solution, QASIS-Quick Access Storage in Space, received a prize of $3000 for a solution that maximizes internal stowage with minimal mass.
