🤗 Sorry to hear about your trouble. As someone with both D2 and "bad" kidneys I'm forever trying to juggle contradictory food advice, along with food budgeting and just maintaining emotional balance-- which, if I'm not heeding will make me unwilling to eat much of anything. I do worry about developing allergies to certain staples. Since that would add a whole extra layer of complication.
